About Laya Model Online

This is a task site. The first job is to classify one support ticket. The second is to label one piece of customer feedback. The playground is there when you want the JSON.

It is an independent project for laya-model.online. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Convai Innovations. It is not LayaAir.

Live runs call the official Space at https://huggingface.co/spaces/convaiinnovations/laya-demo. The weights stay on that Space. This site does not pretend a keyword demo is the model. When the Space fails, the offline demo is labeled as a keyword heuristic.

A different site, laya-model.com, is a bilingual evaluation workbench. This domain is not a copy of that interface. If you want checkpoint tables, local install notes, and the router discussion in more depth, start from the model card and NandhaKishorM/laya, then use the short guide here for what this tool will and will not claim.

The published benchmark number 0.766 belongs to the fine-tuned typed-decisions checkpoint. The base English checkpoint is under the majority baseline on that same benchmark. Ticket routing on this site is not that benchmark.
